Target scoopable cat litter - Boots and Barkley scented scoopable cat litte

Why does Target fix something that is not broken? Target's new formula of scoopable cat litter is the worst I've ever come across. Before, the cat litter was a fine grain with hardly any flying dust. Now, the cat litter is course, hard to dig into with the scooper and gives off so much dust that it's a hazard to me and my cat's respiratory health. I'm telling you, the dust is horrible! I'm looking for another cat litter elsewhere.
