Defective mattress awful customer service, no resolution

This was the worst experience I have ever had, from the defective mattress that we had for FOUR (4) MONTHS, to the countless phone calls I had to make ending every time in a passive reassurance of resolution that STILL has not come. A redelivery that WAS NOT even scheduled by the supposed "supervisor". This company does not care about their customers. The worst decision I have ever made was purchasing from them, please head my warning and do not make the same mistake I did.
