Sleepy's Mattress - Satisfied Customer after Measured UP! - King Size Mattress

Since I wrote my comments in Measured Up regarding the defective Sleepy's mattress we had for 1.5 years and their failure to correct the situation after numerous attempts to resolve this with them... One day after posting it I received a call from their Customer Service HQs that they reviewed the situation, were sorry for it's occurence and wanted to correct the problem immediatley. We were and remain very happy with this. They asked us to go to a Sleepys store, pick out the new mattress we wanted to replaced the defective one, and call them back with the make and model number and we'd get it right away. I have to say, Sleepy's really turned a negative into a positive by their change in attitude and their terrific Customer Service Rep who was in contact with me all the way. They delivered a top of the line new mattress and box spring as agreed for next to nothing in cost - an extremely fair price for the difference in mattress upgrade. I just wanted to point out that this Measured Up website is monitored by Sleepy's and when their Management learned of the problem, they jumped on it, and resolved it better than ever expected. To say we were happily surprised is an understatment! Based on this action, I would highly recommend Sleepy's AND Measured UP! Thanks - Barry
