Order placed online 2/14. Obtained verification 2/14, then a contact from revenue 2/15 informing me them was back-requested until 2/28. Did I do want to delay? I sent back yes. Have seen nothing since. During normal business hours the only real choice is just a voice mail at possibly putting fresh revenue or questioning current requests. Every single moment I contact. No body accumulates. I quit 2 messages, but have obtained no reaction to day. I sent the one who approached me on 2/15 concerning the back-order, but haven't had the thanks to an answer. No idea how to proceed today. Quit, I suppose.
