Poor customer service - bedroom, dining, living sets and buffet

Our furniture has been coming in bits and pieces for the past few weeks. The delivery people do not show when they say they are coming. We cannot get "loaner pieces" for pieces that were not delivered and were not originally out of stock and the arrival date of the one piece we DID know was coming late has been changed from 4-6 weeks to 2-3 MONTHS. No one returns our calls and the gentleman who sold us our furniture has not returned two phone calls left for him. This confirms our fears that once the sale is made, they no longer care about cutomer satisfaction. We will not be suggesting them to anyone we know that is looking for furniture and we will definately warn our friends away!
