Never recieved product or credit

Sorry to possess ACTUALLY wandered into that bunny hole named my dinette. On Jan 28th my spouse and that I purchased some chairs along with a hanging. We got your hands on the chairs immediately. We were likely to purchase the shop design chandelier that was discovered to truly have a break in it. No issue, these were to-order a brand new hanging. Which we were designed to obtain a small amount of time later. So after. 2-3 months later no term, no hanging. ADDITIONALLY they didn't understand who we were simply because they originally place the incorrect title within their system. Named them, they (doug) was designed to call-back. Never did, and so I named and called again. Lastly talked to doug. He apologized for that wait, he'd discover whats going on and contact me back... No-call back... Named doug again, whats happening? No concept I'll discover... Named doug again, nicely? The tale/rest was the chandelier was said to be delivered straight to our house however it was delivered to corp in Orlando... Sorry for that mix-up you ought to have it in a few days (middle to delayed February today)... No chandelier... Named doug... They got the chandelier, it had been the incorrect one, my spouse got the full time to operate there simply to view it was the incorrect one! Fresh account/lay... Well they stopped it and transformed the look this is a picture of the brand new style delivered to my spouse... Would you enjoy it? Yes allows purchase it... Okay stated doug... No hanging happening 7-8 months today... Last Friday talked towards the workplace supervisor who apologized for anything and explained that she'd credit our card AND deliver me recepies for Hungarian food... That we was really pleased to get... I really like Hungarian food:-)... Nowadays March 31st no credit about the charge card... I named and lastly allow loose. I am not somebody who swears but I did so (these unprofessional clowns may piss off the Pope)... Saying I've been pursuing this f ing hanging for just two months. No chandeilier no credit. Tell doug to call-back! Doug (the dramaqueen) calls back and Informs me/us that people were unprofessional in the beginning along with a discomfort because the starting... Plus they the credit card was acknowledged last Friday (Mar 23) named the credit card company nowadays... No report of the credit...

Don't handle these unprofessional obtuse disorgainzed people/organization! Get elsewhere!
