Up&Up Deep Cleanser Cream

I am very unsatisfied with the Up & Up Deep Cleanser cream product I bought three weeks ago. It claims to be "oil free" but instead it felt greasy and left my face feeling oily as well and not clean at all. The product claims it compares to the Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser, but it really does not. I did appreciate that it was cheaper than other brands (which was the reason I wanted to try it) but the quality was not up to par. I would really appreciate if you could make this up to me somehow, as I am a loyal Target customer.
