Mattress is different, they won't exchange!

My partner went directly into buy a new bed for that very first time. We discovered one we liked and requested it. The bed was shipped promptly, whenever we rested onto it the very first evening we believed it had been excessively firm and unpleasant. I swore this wasn't the bed we examined within the shop. I got the label in the bed, returned towards the shop to ensure it had been the right one. As it happens it's. But our mattress seems different in the one within the shop. The salesman while promoting us the mattress stated that due to the program this bed would not need replacing. Since i returned he explained it seems unique due to all of the people evaluating it out. That looks really unclear. And so I went home feeling confused and examined my sleep immediately. Completely different! I delivered 24 hours later to determine if we're able to trade our bed (rested on for just two evenings) for that smoother type. The salesman explained there are no results or trades. Well, which was never told us within the buying period. I had been getting noticeably upset within the shop since I simply invested $1700 with this bed and today we can not obtain a unique one. We're getting up with painful bones and shells since this bed is really difficult and company. The salesman then named a in a seperate location and he informed the salesman these bedrooms consider 14 days to interrupt in. Which was not the tale whenever we purchased. And being very first time bed customers, we'd no indisputable fact that the mattress we'd get might experience nothing beats the main one within the shop! The salesman explained to rest onto it for that next 14 days after which return if there is still an issue. I would rather rest on the ground! I'd like my bed obtained back and changed for that smoother model that will be exactly the same specific cost!
