Took my money, but never delivered

To no avail, I haven’t had the opportunity to obtain a right answer or answer. She's been motivated on many events, and all I obtain are cookiecutter reactions regarding my purchase. To sum everything up, her conversation with me has been terrible. I'm totally discouraged with my expertise coping with the corporation. After communication with Mr. Fred Rose (leader) fourteen days before, I had been guaranteed that by Friday 16DEC11 I'd be approached and e mailed using the shipping companyis data.
