Warranty not Honored

I bought fresh dining area furniture from JCPenney and bought their warranty which addresses every type of unintended injury immagineable.including nailpolish, cleaner, body, water marks, scores, dents, gouges, warmth marks, etc. I believed "wow" it's saffe to ultimately purchase a brand new desk despite the fact that we've 4 children! Well, we'd an especially poor weekend and on Friday, nailpolish cleaner (getting used without my understanding:) was built up for grabs. Subsequently, on Wednesday at supper among my children slid a serving plate over the desk and it scratched it, and lastly, on Sunday, my boy decreased a lego design up for grabs and created a gouge. I documented the situations all in the same time-on Friday, and today since there is a term declaring when there's an "deposition of harm" the guarantee is emptiness, the desk isn't being coated! Therefore evidently, when you have several thing occur to you desk, the state is refused. I've been on offer and about with each JCPenney and Uniters and am receiving no-where, if your guarantee seems to great to become accurate, it possibly is!
