Faulty Mattress

I've bought an Aireloom Mattress at Bed Town in Pasadena, CA in October. Since buying I've had issues with it, attempted returning it in the seller however they are simply too busy to fool clients, nor wish to take responsibility. They questioned me to approach the maker because it was a faulty bed. The producers E.S. Kluft & Co delivered their inspector to confirm many events plus they declare its regular, nor wish to trade or return my income. I've paid $ 1,695.00 for this and inside a month since buying my Back is all smudged. Many excursions towards the Chiropractor doesn't assist both and also the physician also believes its my Bed isn't any great.
