Faulty furniture

I requested couch and reclining seat on 20th Jan. This year. About the 23rd Jan. I advised ScS the furniture had faults using the substance, pillows, etc. About The 27th Jan an upholsterer from ScS came, examined the furniture, submitted a study stating "no problems". That is completely false. I submitted pictures etc. Of the defective content about the couch and also the seat. I approached Consumer-Direct and Trading requirements who recommend me of my privileges beneath the SOGA. Current, another upholsterer from S. Share and Kids, the manaufacturers, examined the furniture about the 23rd of the month. He also place in a study "no problems" while he advised my child and that I that THERE HAVE BEEN faults within the furniture. Recently my child telephoned ScS, two personnel were really rude to her, declined to talk to concerning the statements I'm producing, and declined to I would like to possess a backup of the 2nd upholsterer's statement, though they did deliver someone to Trading standards.
