I requested the "OSTRICH" Folding Chaise from ltdcommodities.com. First, the merchandise was back-ordered, so it required 3 months to get it, after overpaying for delivery. I obtained the seat and also the very first time I applied it, the center of it bent in. I'm 5'2' and definitely not large enough to possess bent a seat that features it's designed for big structures. Anyhow, I believed it could have now been a fluke occurrence, and that I could quickly fold it in position. Which should have already been an indication. The 2nd period I applied the seat, I'd been laying-on it for five minutes once the knee of the chair bent in two. Today I'll need to perform my way through customer support to come back a defective product that I'd anticipated might surpass it is statements. Child was I wrong!
