Broken Mattress Delivered

Bought a brand new bed collection at nearby Sleepy's shop. Sleepys sent a severley damaged bed, rises subjected material divided etc.instantly named shop who offered quantity to customer support who discussed they might move to Sleepys shipping division who'd correct this. Shipping division "provided" to supply another new bed for one more price of $100.00. I wanted government compliants division as it was ridiculous and was informed I currently had corporate who had been dealing with me to solve for $100! After I discussed that I'd advance since I have bought one product and obtained another useless one, I had been provided a onetime $240 credit to-go find another bed in one of the showrooms but nothing is displaying as accessible. One-time won't be a problem when I WON'T EVER buy from Sleepys again. I'm in surprise!
