Bad customer service

I agree with MANY posters on this site... I will never purchase anything from Lazboy again.in Jan we purchased a recliner, at the time of purchase we also purchased the "extended warranty plan" for 3 yrs. Within 1 1/2 yrs the leather started to fade on the footrest. I contacted the warranty dept and they informed me that "fading was normal wear & tear". I sent pictures to show this was not "normal" and they still refused to do anything about it. Horrible, horrible customer support... You would think they would at least send a rep out to view the damage in person. Bye Bye Lazboy... Your name should be "Lousyboy"
