On December 14th I requested online a Sealy Campaign king-size bed to become shipped like a Holiday present for my child. I put the purchase online and about the purchase site it condition FREE SHIPPING. I joined all info thinking at the conclusion it'd consider shipping charge-off of $69.99. Examining my charge card I observed it'd not been attributed back again to me as previously mentioned by Customer Support. I also had two REPETITIONS place me on-hold and deliberately hang-up on me. It's today Jan7 I still haven't obtained credit-which has been guaranteed in my experience by 5 people who I've voiced with over an interval of time. Very Discouraged. Once more I'll Contact Sears for that e-mail guaranteed within 2 hours that we haven't obtained.
