Allergic reaction

Purchased a foam tempurpedic bed about 24 months ago. My partner began to encounter dry throat every evening. I reported towards the producer & they stated the very best they might do was trade it for another comparable bed. What great is the fact that?

Today, about 1 1/2 years back, I began experiencing serious allergies & asthma, which we're associated with the bed also.

Went online & noticed several grievances from people about getting ill as a result of this bed. It produces a lot of substances, including oil, and we're breathing that in.

We Have chose to rest in another space for the present time.

I understand the organization has gotten away with not assisting people out once they have these serious reactions.

Anybody thinking about carrying out a class-action fit? I factor there are enough people available.
