Fails to meet price guarentee

We recently bought a tempurpedic bed from Sleepys. The salesman informed us we'd not look for a greater cost on our mattress. The register the shop mentioned "May defeat any opponents cost by 20% or its free". I came across exactly the same mattress for $400 less and today thier state is the fact that the organization promoting the mattress isn't an "approved seller" therefore they don't need to recognize the cost guarentee. The advertisement dangling within the shop states "rival" not "approved seller" and they'll not recognize this reality.
