Furniture arrived damaged, and has not been replaced

I hired a family room collection from Aarons Furniture in St. Petersburg, Florida on 11/15/09. While it came, among the platforms was broken in addition to among the lights. I instantly named the shop and was informed they'd be changed. On December 15th, I went in to the shop to create a cost, talked using the General Manager, who assured me that I'd get a fresh desk 24 hours later and also the light could be shipped the moment it became available. Well, nowadays is 1/14/10, and that I still haven't obtained the light or desk. I've created many calls towards the shop and also the General Director hasn't delivered my telephone calls.
