I purchased a desk from mor furniture 08/23/09 it had been said to be shipped 9/19. They kept pressing the shipping day back, therefore lastly on 10/23 they offered me a brand new shipping time of 11/01. Well my housewarming/kids 3rd birthday celebration was planned for that evening. Obviously which was not likely to work with us. So that they claimed we're able to come and choose it-up. We did that.introduced it home and place it together. Whenever we got the very best of the desk from the presentation, we observed it had been cracked. Therefore we named them to protest and do you consider they'd spend people back for that shipping charge or substitute the table-top??? No they attributed us and explained that i made a decision to select the table-up. They provided us 100$ to simply maintain the broken desk. After continuous telephone calls to protest, they agreed to send a specialist to examine the desk but wouldn't assure anything and wouldn't pay their prior supply of 100$. We invested over 2000$ within their shop... Their customer support aid and guidelines are bull shit. I'll NEVER purchase another product from Mor or can I actually tell one to store there.
