Terrible experience

I requested the dresser on 13 March. Was informed shipping could be around 10 times since after I have tried calling them-and get an automatic communication telling me of the specialized problem and e mailing them to that we get an automatic reply. Recently I delivered a notice for them Unique Shipping but am not keeping my breathing... Any help you are able to provide is likely to be greatly appreciated.
