Poor Customer Support / Quality / Assurance

Bought 2 chairs 1/1, was told they would arrive in 6-8 weeks, finally received over 6months later. Could not obtain a right solution from Drexel History (Chandler), a joint venture partner of Thomasville, till I confronted to stop my purchase. Guaranteed seats might appear within 14 days, 30 days later seats were shipped. Our demand to stop the purchase was refused. After getting the seats to get a small over per month, the joints started to arena and pillows needed to be delivered for analysis and eventually alternative. Another month with 2 useless seat frames. Again required seats be delivered to Drexel History because of insufficient follow up, quality, bad customer support and client satisfaction. Refused. Delivered a detailed email to Corporate Office of Drexel History (SC). Their response was the Chandler Drexel History is just a business and its own out-of their control. The supervisor of the shop (Bruce) hasn't approached me to supply a position update though he himself explained he'd achieve this. I advise against purchasing something from Drexel History (Scottsdale).
