I've bought several products from Seremban Surfaces on 12/7/09 (sofa set-3 2), single-seater couch, coffee-table, vacuum) worth a lot more than RM2K. I paid total amount on a single time. Because the vacuum was little, we introduced it back myself. Others were said to be sent to our house by Surfaces (obviously we taken care of the shipping costs). The salesman decided to provide the products in only 10days. I waited and waited no products were sent to me. I began making calls and sms the salesman because it was over 10 times. The salesman was hesitant to reply the majority of my calls.in the stage he replies, the guarantee was he may examine and obtain back again to me in the soonest. But, no consequence of any products shipping. I subsequently named Surfaces Seremban and created a criticism. To my shock, the clear answer that I obtained from another salesman is the fact that he couldn't check up on my bill as he's scared of my salesman and WOn't assist me aswell. This truly had introduced my nerves boiling. I subsequently extended to create super regular calls to my salesman and that I got my (couch collection-32) on 1/8/09 and more calls were required to obtain the only seater couch on 8/8/09. I'd named and named as there is no information on my coffee table. I named the assistant supervisor of Surfaces on 5/9/09 and criticism. Based on him, the coffee-table isn't in-stock and agreed to provide me the shop collection that will be damaged. I declined and strolled in to the store again to confirm different coffee table. Our salesman talked in my experience and we informed him that people desired to alter to a different collection. To my extreme surprise, his react was me to hold back as he's another client and he advised the assistant supervisor. I had been waiting with my loved ones to nearly fifteen minutes but neither the salesman or the associate supervisor arrived in the space to help. I then strolled in right to the associate supervisoris space and scolded him as he pretended he wasn't conscious I had been there. Then he were able to somehow keep in touch with us and also the only payment I acquired was merely a free water metal container value of RM79. We paid additional RM70 for that fresh coffee-table that people requested. The associate supervisor assured me he can definately provide the products nowadays (6/9/09) but till now I've not obtained it however as normal. Just how can a business that we considered more successful is managing a person such as this? For that 2 weeks delay, the payment is just an iron container. How bout my telco costs about the regular calls and sms? What about my travelling costs and period? (40 minutes from my house). I'm definitely not a happy client. I've still not get my products till day. This really is insane!!!
