Not fulfilling warranty agreement

I bought an entire family room group of furniture from Levitz plus a 7-year safety arrange for that furniture through Stainsafe. A couple of years later we'd to document a state with Stainsafe. It had been difficult to keep in touch with a we'd to complete anything through email and snail mail we did get one reaction from their store stating they'd just recognize incomplete guarantee protection and spend us 1/2 of the cost they truly owed obviously 12 months following the unique state was submitted we still haven't gotten cost can't talk to a consultant in the organization and also have been overlooked by them altogether. They really are a complete rip-off dont waste your cash!!
