I purchased a rich brown family room collection from Raymore and Flanigan and also have had issue after issue with-it! They guarantee shipping in three times or less, it got them over per week to provide a sofa (two-foot tear). I stay 3 miles in the factory. Then another week to obtain a sofa that's of low quality. I settled over two-thousand bucks to get a sofa and love-seat. The couch area of the sofa wouldn't lie precisely, once they found "repair" it twice it never got much better. To top everything off the brownish leather switched lemon in places after 6 months. Once they sent anyone to repair it he explained he might place a color onto it however it might rub-off on our garments! Therefore over two-thousand bucks afterwards and my furnishings is falling apart withing 6 months. Their customer support can also be terrable!!!
