I bought a Emerald Overhead full-size mattress from you November during Blackfriday like a present. I acquired the mattress December it had been not shipped.in October my buddy named me and informed function as the box-spring had damaged. The shipping was planned for that following evening 11/6. At about 7pm I obtained a phone in the supply driver requesting me in I understood something in regards to a COD of $90 that we was never informed of after I approached Sleepyis. I subsequently obtained a phone from Sleepyis informing me that I had a need to spend the $90 which I had been not able to get the sleep myself. Additionally I actually donot realize a business not prepared to uphold its goods. It's ridiculous to think that I ought to need to spend $90 MONEY for harm which was not my problem. Its can also be absurd to think that I maintain $90 money stored within the damaged mattress I bought from your own organization.
