I've read-many grievances and having experienced there customer support firsthand I'd never buy another mattress. The issue I'd is the fact that the plastic crossmembers may and certainly will twist, their customer support group may let you know it's regular but that doesn't imply significantly when you're continuously being drawn towards the middle of the mattress. I overcame this by utilizing metal croos cafes placed directly under each plastic cross-beam, it cost me a few hundred bucks however it resolved the issue. Do not bother calling the manufacturer for compensation, they understand they create a substandard item, nor care to repair it or allow it to be recognized within their shops.
