Never receiving my furniture

I've experienced an extended struggle with National Shipping for over 8 weeks now. I'm looking to get what I've taken care of and am receiving no-where along the way. I've actually spoken to some "alleged" local supervisor who's just like rude and unknowledgable whilst the supervisors. I've been informed for that previous 8 weeks that I'll obtain my night-stand chest cabinet and also have not gotten anything yet. I exhausted to go over this issue using the manager in the shop and was constantly placed on store and needed to repeatedly call-back until finnally I set my base along and required to consult with the supervisor. This supervisor (Tony) had set me on-hold for 20 units, after I had hung-up and named back a worker explained he was outside helping others. Tony prevented me and my problem. After I had got the amount towards the local supervisor, he was just like ineffective and unhelpful and rude. I've nevertheless not obtained my product and am still being informed to hold back since it is production problems. I'm over my restriction of getting bullsh*t and need anything accomplished to these ineffective workers of American Shipping. I'm attempting to contact people within the corporate workplace to allow them understand precisely what type of ineffective and unknowledgable workers they've employed by them.
