Triggered my account to become overdrawn

Aarons got my cost out-of our checking account twice in one single month... Caused our account to become overdrawn. Did not find out until out bank statement arrived. They did not bother to inform people how it just happened. They agreed to place the cash back however they could not do something concerning the extra cash the financial institution costs for the overdrawn amount. On our bank record equally funds were taken care of on a single time. We named them onto it directly after we obtained our bank record on september 21. We still need to spend the facility charge plus along with anything else we were shattered before 3rd of july. They recommended that people might utilize the cash to next month’s bill. They stated they couldn’t return us the cash they'd to place it back about the card.
