My family and I live in Garner, NC (20min. South of Raleigh) and purchased a 7pc dinette and w / a request of an Express Delivery prior to the 4th of July weekend, we were expecting company. When it was delivered on the 2nd not only was the glass backing to the hutch shattered, the dinette table had a some discoloration, we received the wrong chairs and the one's we received were not stable! I called back to the showrm. For nearly 1/2hr. Straight w / no-one answer! It's just another example of "Take the Money and Run!!!"
