Terrible service

I purchased the couch on 2/23/08, the organization informed that I'd get the product in 8-10 months. Now's 4 weeks move and that I still not getting it. Each time I contact the division plus they provide me another day of providing but never accurate. They ought tonot guarantee the clients when they do not have them in-stock. The corporation is completely a liar, I Will never purchase furnitures within this JCpenny again. I instead save money cash to purchase elsewhere.
