Terrible experience

We bought a sectional couch out of this shop on 9/4/06 also it was shipped on 11/13/06. We were informed all the regionis that handled your body were made from leather.in about Feb. Of 2008 I realized that the supply of the couch at the front end was breaking. I named the salesman Ralph Socher and informed him the issue, he set me in touch with the Stainsafe Safety Co. They sent a state individual on March 19,08. He looked over the sofa and stated he'd need to purchase components also it might occupy to 2 weeks to obtain it mounted.By nowadays we'venot noticed something from their store and so I eventually named and was educated they wouldn't be doing something to repair the couch since the the state adjuster mentioned the plastic was dried and breaking from regular deterioration. The region that's great was not imagine to become plastic it was suppose to become real leather. While you would ever guess used to do not obtain any pleasure from their website. I've named the salesman and he's likely to attempt to assist us combat them, but I actually donot actually hold on much wish of it being set to the fulfillment. I'm so fed up with people simply overlooking their obligation towards the purchasing community after they have their cash.
