Terrible service, awful warranty, shoddy product

I just had the WORST customer service experience that I've had in a very long time. One would think that you're buying a quality product with good service since the Sleep Number Bed has such extensive advertising about their excellent product and warranty. Forget it. The warranty basically does nothing after 2 years when your bed stops inflating and you find yourself sleeping in a puddle of fabric in the middle of the night. Then you call Select Comfort's lovely customer service representatives who give you conflicting advice, tell you that you must wait 2 days before sending in your defective product and, the best part, that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. Oh, and if you send in the wrong broken piece of the bed, the charge you 100% and you get to have more conversations with the rudest customer service representatives in the U.S. They make the Post Office feel like the Ritz. So, think twice before you buy one of these beds. You'll be married to these jerks for years to come. And you get to sleep on a glorified air mattress... Awesome.
