Sagging mattress!

I bought a bed, the surface of the point, 05/30/04 having a 10 years. Warranty or 5 years alternative. Fingertips changed the Bed in 09/25/07 having a Darkness Dream kingsize. This bed has got the restoration variety pading. The very first bed was changed because of dropping. I named fingertips to displace the 2nd bed because of the same issue. The Fingertips consultant arrived on 03/06/08 and calculated the deficiency within the bed and mentioned in my experience the bed calculated above the allowable limitations that will be one-an half inches or even more. I obtained a notice from Fingertips that my state have been refused. I named the Client Service Dept. Plus they stated the Bed was with-in limitations. I settled significantly more than 1500.00 for that first bed. I have just had the alternative bed for 6mos. I can not think they declined the state!
