We first requested a room collection, using the Raphael mattress within the late May. It did not appear until late September. The movers quit with no obvious issues. About 10 minutes later once we shifted the furniture around, we observed an enormous amount missing from the base of the top-right part of the headboard. The movers placed it from the wall, therefore we couldn't view it quickly.

Before our room collection was shipped, we'd likewise requested a dining area occur late August. They stated it'd are available in around middle to late September.

It's currently nearly Sept with no new headboard or dining area collection. We visited the shop to question them about this, and that I overheard them referring to the way the movers scratched another clientis doorway and also the item these were providing, plus they simply place the customer on-hold.

The moving company named to plan a romantic date for both, plus they never turned up, therefore we waited 6 hours for nothing. (They claimed they'd come between 12-4:00) We named at4:00 plus they stated they "could not achieve the driver." However rescheduled it to get a week later.

Second-time was planned for 2-6:00. Six-thirty comes around, therefore we call again. "You Are the final end, they must be therein one hour." Therefore we wait-there all day long, but still NOTHING.

We're likely to stop the purchase, however they claim there's a restocking charge? We'venot actually gotten the furniture

You'd believe that these products are therefore costly they'd have sufficient income to employ a great shipping organization, but clearly not. I'd never purchase out of this location again since it was an enormous trouble and also have been with no dining area desk for a few months today along with a broken sleep. Terribly unhappy.
