Raymour & Flanigan
Poor service!

In June I bought a press desk and hutch from Raymour & Flanigan on Route 17 in Paramus. After I obtained the very first shipping, I observed numerous defects within the items. I named the shop and was informed to reject shipping. The items were taken back along with a fresh shipping day was planned. Sadly, the same occurred about the next shipping. There have been at4 deliveries plus one shipping was ended from the supervisor in the Oakland factory after 'white-glove support' unearthed that the item was undeliverable.

It took many deliveries before I recognized they were providing exactly the same items that I'd declined

After talking to the supervisor for East Shore shipping, I had been educated the Oakland factory is little. As furniture is delivered towards the factory, exactly the same items are presented for shipping to some new client. Fascinating method of conducting business!

After spending way too many times awaiting furniture, I ultimately approved an item which was particularly delivered for me personally from Ny. It'snot as much as my requirements, but I had been fed up with waiting and arranging deliveries.

I want extra furniture pieces, but there's no method that I'd actually contemplate utilizing Raymour and Flanigan again. I actually donot have time for you to stay and watch for shipping of furniture that another person may have declined due to harm!!!
