Stay away from this company!

Earlier this December, I bought a rug in the Rug Property shop in Falls Church. A worker scratched the color of the top of my Truck by slipping the rug with no safety. A substantial quantity of color was damaged down, completely towards the entrance of the top.

After talking to the manager and calling the managing director, no body was prepared to take any obligation or provide any aid. Actually, they attributed ME for not taking their shipping support (for one more $ 35)!!

Following A few more months of attempting to discuss a reasonable quality for this issue and after being rebuffed every time, I ultimately charged them in Small Claims Judge in Fairfax, VA.

On May 4, I had been granted from the courtroom nearly $ 2,000 in problems & court fees. Almost 8 weeks later, they've yet to pay for just one cent. They declare they do not have sufficient cash, but each week they are able to manage to operate costly advertisements within the Washington Times (and perhaps Within The Washington Post).

Please alert customers to remain from Rug Property / Bed Property shops!
