Damaged furniture and fraud!

I bought furniture from Wendy on Craigslist. She stated the dinner collection was *NEW* and guaranteed me that it had been in excellent condition. Upon spending her $500 money for that collection I got it house and set it-up. I did so a detailed examination after I got home and discovered locations where the seats have been fixed with wood stick to put on them together (really sly). I named and she stated she'd substitute them (not a problem, right?). She subsequently proceeded to setup numerous conferences n / me after which stop in the last second. She subsequently began to dismiss my emails and telephone calls and not changed BOTH broken seats. Her mail is WENDYXXDAWN@aol.com, her card claims "Wendy & Mario's Furniture" 602-490-0282. DON'T TRUST THIS LADY, she offers damaged products.
