Couches that are unpleasant

I purchased a couch in Yonkers, NY from R. Our problem! It has a large amount of cushions and it did not sit-in enough to understand how unpleasant it's. There is truly no assistance that is back and may just be cozy for somebody really high with long-legs. They wont trade it and that Iam out, 000. I'm 68 yrs old the survive a fixed-income. Don't conduct business together. They are promoting product that is inferior. Buyer beware!!!
