Four Defective Mattresses and Disputes Never Started

I have been through four mattresses, and all of them were defective. I started one dispute, and they declined to refund my money on the mattress only. I spoke to two other agents to start new disputes. They said they had started them so I could submit pictures, but the disputes were not started.
Scam. Do not buy any products from Mattress Firm, period. One picture uploaded shows a huge lump in the center of the mattress, and they refuse to listen to us. That was the third mattress. The last mattress shows holes, which came delivered like that, and they covered it up on delivery. Springs are also popping through.
I am stopping payments.
