Horrible experience with Ashley Furniture, no customer service - Youth Bedroom Furniture

Horrific experience shopping for a bedroom set for my two year old granddaughter. They sold us two sets of bedrails, when we only needed one. Back ordered for over two weeks. Finally put the bed together, and it sits over 3 FEET off the floor! I can't get into the bed myself. It's a safety hazzard if she ever fell off the bed. Called the store up in The Woodlands, TX and they said they would take the boxspring back but NO refund or store credit when THEY were the ones that put the order together wrong. How can that be? They're the professionals. The bed should have had rails, NO boxspring, as it was made for a trundle which is not what we ordered. Now, she has a bed she can't use and a company that won't admit to their mistake or fix it. NOT cool! Thank goodness for internet, because we will be voicing our displeasure on every site we can find.
