I was lucky with the representative, she gave me all the information I needed and let me know about all possible turn outs, so I had no surprises during the move. The guys from the dispatch knew how to find a solution with my situation at the destination. It took them rather long time to deliver for over 3000 miles, but that's what they told me, so I appreciate the honesty.
