Shuttle Disaste

My friend recommended me this moving company that he used to relocate his house across the country. My situation was different; the problem was to move out of downtown Chicago to downtown LA, problem with parking and the size of the truck. I have been informed by municipality that I needed to obtain a parking permit in Chicago, and to use a shuttle in LA. When I was talking to my rep at Straight Forward Moving, I informed them of the scenario. They told me that the pickup in Chicago would not be a problem since they pick up on smaller trucks regardless. But it would cost extra for the delivery in LA. They factored the shuttle in the price which wasn%u2019t too terrible so that there would not be any surprises on the day of the move. I appreciate all the hard work that the sales rep, drivers and customer service department did for me. I would use them again!
