Levin - Total Disappointment and Waste of Money

I thought about just writing a support ticket but I don't hold out much hope that I will get anywhere with it so I'm just going to write my review and hopefully help others avoid the waste of money that I am enduring. We ordered an entire living room suit to the tune of around $3000 in late October. After going over 15 years without buying new furniture we were looking forward to getting something new. The quality of the furniture is extremely disheartening. We received the furniture at the end of October. The loveseat had a scratch on it the day they delivered it. It is a leather fabric type of furniture. Called about that. Of course they want to send someone to repair it and not replace it. Took him a month to come out - end of November. Received the part at the beginning of January. Called to schedule him to come out. He's coming in a week (FEBRUARY).in the meantime the couch and recliner both have things wrong. The recliners in the couch have destroyed my walls because there is metal coming out from behind the couch. Keep in mind, no one is using this furniture in a way that it was not intended. Simply sitting and reclining. My husband and I are totally disgusted as we now owe all this money on furniture that is already falling apart. I doubt its even going to last the five years I have to pay on it. We went to Levin's because we heard they were good - I wish I would have never even heard of them or saw their commercials. Calls to the salesperson have gone unanswered. Apparently they just want to sell you crap and get their commission and that is all they care about. She wasn't even very friendly to begin with. No happy customers here.
