Got problems with infurn.com but im happy now

I made an order of a piece of furniture to give to my daughter. At first I didnt receive any mail concerning my order. I was worried to say the least. I immediately complained to the customer care of infurn.com. After 2 days I got a reply with my order number. I received the item in 8 weeks as promised.
