Microwave Display Repair
No contact after sending money and repair form

I first sent this company a repair form and a check for $110.00 in August. They cashed the check a week later and that was the last I heard from them. After numerous phone calls (unanswered) and emails, also unanswered I've given up trying to get William Miller to contact me. His customer service is terrible and I would assume that enough checks sent to him and cashed would be his incentive to not do the repairs. I would think that nearly 4 months would be enough time to send me the computer board that his website states is available.
