Fraudulent charges on my debit card

I just got an alert on my phone about charges to my debit card coming through from Vest Boost, Portland OR, I have never had a boost mobile account. Two different charges, one on 11-23-12 for $49.38 and one on 11-25-12 for 49.62 I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning. I have called the business number for this company but have put on hold through an automated system and no one ever answers.
