I sended My Infra chef oven in because it wasn't working the send the top back said i will have to pay toto get the rest of the oven back

I called the warranty place that was in my Infra chef maual. They told me to send it back I did and i didn't hear from anyone for mount. So I send a letter about 2 week ago and they send the top of the oven and told me if I wanted the rest that I better give them my credit card number If I wanted it back. And the guy I talked 2 on the phone laughed at me and told me to get a lawyer.
