Lost my cell phone Number and can't retrieve it out of their system

I turned my cell phone on when my new month was to start as i usually do and it had a message that my sim card was unregistered. My phone did not work so i contacted straighttalk and they said it would take 24 hours to fix. I called the next day and got the same answer. My phone is my livelihood and i am self employed and the number is on my signs in the yellow page and on all my business cards. I called back the next day and it was not resolved. They said they would send a new sim card and i was to insert it in the phone and call them and I would have my phone working with my same phone #. I did what they told me to do and when i turned the phone on it had a totally new number which I do not want. I need my old original number back that I have had ever since I have been in business. They have it in their system and said they cannot retrieve. I have been on the phone for countless hours trying to get this resoled and now I have to wait 2 more days so they can contact the corporate office. You can never get the same person twice. I need my number back and I have stressed this to them. It is in the yellow pages on my signs and bussiness cards. Please help me.
