I placed an order with Keurig on 6/28. They tried delivering it and were unsuccessful so it was returned to the company on 7/7. I called and they informed me that they cannot just resend the package out that I needed to place an entirely new order. I did. Now I have paid for two orders. I received the second order, no problem, however I still have not received my refund for the first order. Therefore I paid for two but only received one. I have contacted the company via email, no progress, and not one, two, three, or four calls but FIVE. Yes, I have called five times and still no refund. I'm just curious if this is a common practice for the company? I am appalled at their customer service
